Like Tess McGill (Melenie Griffith) in “Working Girl”, I wear comfortable shoes to the office (and then switch to high heels). Rupert Sanderson’s “Just Flat Derby” with these yellow (“smiley face”) shoelaces are my pick of the day.
“These shoes are made for walking, and that’s just what they’ll do
one of these days these shoes are gonna walk all over you.”

2012 is finally here. I’m so excited.
Keith Haring’s paintings always make me happy. And then I came across these super crazy, super fun, cartoon-like shoes designed by Nicholas Kirkwood. The British designer was wildly inspired by Haring.
Truth or dare? Would you dare ware these shoes? I would certainly do! size 8, please.
“I’m so excited and i just can’t hide it
I’m about to lose control and I think I like it”

Ninivah by Charlotte Olympia (Charlotte Dellal) is my pick for tonight. With red crepe de chine and metalic lambskin it’s a sexy shoe for going out to a fine dining restaurant.
And when the clock strikes midnight, I won’t play Cinderella - I’m here to stay.
“Just take off my red shoes
Put them on and your dream’ll come true
With no words, with no song
You can dance the dream with your body on
And this curve, is your smile
And this cross, is your heart
And this line, is your path”
(The Red Shoes / Kate Bush)
